Terms of service
The owner of the online store BabyOutlet.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Koch Commerce OÜ (registration code 16849737), located at Rätsepa tee 19, Lähtse village, 75416 Kiili parish.
1. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
1.1. The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
1.2. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price is subject to an additional fee for delivery of the goods..
1.3. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method.

1.5. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product..
1.6 The products are new, like new (store samples), slightly used, or used. The condition of the product is specified on the product card.By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of the condition of the product.
1.7 The products do not have an Estonian-language manual/information sheet or may not have one at all, as these are goods intended for a new cycle (e.g., customer returns, samples, stock leftovers).1.8 The products do not have a warranty.
All purchases are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year right to submit a claim, in accordance with consumer protection law. 1.9 The product descriptions on the product card are based on the manufacturer's data and the online store is not responsible for their accuracy.
2. Placing an Order
2.1. To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or another payment solution.
Payments are mediated by
Maksekeskus AS . Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The agreement enters into force from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store's settlement account.The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

2.3. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days.
3. Delivery
3.1. Goods are shipped to the following countries:
Estonia, Finland. 3.2. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
3.3. Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-5 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 10 calendar days.
3.4. In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 30 calendar days.
3.5. If the Online Store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Store applies.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
4.2. To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.
4.3. If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
4.4. To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@babyoutlet.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. In the withdrawal application, please indicate your first name, last name, order number, order date, product code(s) of the returned goods, reason for return, and additional information if desired.
4.5. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4.6. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
4.7. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal application, refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
4.8. The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
4.9. If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.
4.10. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price.
5. Right to Submit a Claim
5.1. The Online Store is responsible for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery of the item and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store's responsibility to rebut this presumption.
5.2. The buyer has the right to contact the online store regarding a defect no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to info@babyoutlet.ee. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods due to the consumer's actions or inaction (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or if it is normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.
5.3. If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
5.4. The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@babyoutlet.ee.
6.2. If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
6.2. If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The buyer's complaint review by the committee is free of charge.
