Refund policy
4.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
4.2. To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same way as allowed for testing goods in a physical store.
4.3. If the goods have been used for purposes other than verifying their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
4.4. To return goods, a withdrawal statement from the purchase must be submitted and sent to the email address info@babyoutlet.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. In the withdrawal statement, please include your first name, last name, order number, order date, product code(s) of the goods to be returned, reason for return, and any additional information if desired.
4.5. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except if the reason for the return is that the returned item does not correspond to the ordered item (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4.6. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
4.7. The online store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement, upon receiving the returned goods.
4.8. The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods subject to the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
4.9. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method offered by the Online Store that is different from the cheapest standard delivery method, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the cost exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method to the consumer.
4.10. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store was significantly marked below the market price due to an error.
