To ensure your BabyOutlet.ee shopping experience is clear and simple, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions here along with their answers. If anything is still unclear, feel free to write to us β we are happy to help!
π¦ What is the condition of BabyOutlet.ee products?
All our products are inspected and in working order, evaluated based on four criteria: appearance, functionality, completeness, and packaging condition. Products are divided into four categories:
π’ New β a completely new and unused product, suitable as a gift. May have an opened or damaged package.
π‘ Store Sample β in very good condition, tested once or used as a display. Usually without original packaging.
π Lightly used β with minor signs of use, functional and often complete.
π΄ Used β with clear signs of use, but works and is suitable for affordable everyday use.
All conditions are listed on the product card. If the condition information is not specified, we treat the product as new.
π Can I return the product if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. To return, email us at info@babyoutlet.ee, include your first name, last name, order number, order date, product code(s) of the item(s) to be returned, reason for return, and any additional information if desired. We will cover the return costs if the product was incorrect or defective. In other cases, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
π§Ύ Do the products come with an Estonian manual?
Not always. Since these are goods directed for a second round (e.g., customer returns, warehouse stock), the product may not have an Estonian manual. If a manual is included, it is mostly in a foreign language.
π Why is the stock for most products only 1 piece?
Our product selection largely depends on suppliers' stock and customer returns, which is why most products are available as single items. Some products, especially warehouse stock, may be available in multiple units, but generally our goods are in limited quantities.
β»οΈ How are the products packaged?
BabyOutlet.ee follows an environmentally friendly packaging method. Whenever possible, we use recycled boxes, stretch film, and filling materials that have arrived with our warehouse goods. Although the packaging may look modest, each product inside is packed safely and carefully.
π¬ If I choose the delivery method βPick up myselfβ, when can I come?
You can usually pick up your order within 1 hour after payment is received, but please let us know at least 15 minutes in advance. You can find more precise opening hours on our contact page.
π΄ Why do products have two prices β one crossed out and one not?
The price that is not crossed out shows our selling price. The crossed-out price is a comparison with the regular prices of other online stores or retail chains. This helps you quickly assess how much you save compared to regular stores.
π Where does the product information come from?
Product descriptions are based on official data from the manufacturer or importer. BabyOutlet.ee cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all information, but we always strive to provide relevant, honest, and up-to-date information. If you have questions, write to us before purchasing.
βοΈ What rights do I have as a consumer?

- All purchases from BabyOutlet.ee are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal.
- You also have a 2-year right to file a complaint if the product turns out to be non-compliant.
- Products do not have the usual manufacturer warranty.
